Pack 13 of my custom designed asset packs. Designed primarily to be a throne room.
Pack contains FBX meshes for making the scene and their textures. It does not include the Unreal map that was just basically made for rendering purposes.
Pack also includes the following:
Full FBX model of all the assets put into place for the one side of the area, obviously flip certain assets to make the other side. Which can be imported into whatever program. In the case of Unreal if you drag all the assets as one into the scene, it will place them all in place so you can see where they go, then just delete the old mesh as you put in the actual one.
All the meshes put together in a 3ds max 2024 version.

Made to fit in with Asset Pack 12 and 11 available on here also. Other 10 packs are available elsewhere for now but you can find details on my Artstation if you look for my name / portfolio.
I have included AP12 DoorWall 002 and AP12 Door 002 in this pack in case you don't buy asset pack 12.
Each mesh asset are in individual zips with their corresponding textures. In some cases multiple meshes.
4096 PBR textures. Some assets use two UV islands and assets also include a basic lightmap UV setup if needed.
As you can see from the screenshots, the other doorway fits in with asset pack 11 and some of my other asset packs made previously, reason why it has a longer wall one side to fit in with different packs.
Info for some assets:AP13_ThroneSteps, AP13_ThroneFloor, AP13_FloorSection_002 have the same pivot centre for the x and y axis to make it easy to line them up.
AP13_Platform_003_Trapdoor uses the same textures as AP13_Platform_003_A textures
AP13_FuseBox has one asset that is closed and all attached. The other meshes have the door separate so it can be opened and shut. To line it up, you will need to turn off grid snapping. You can see from the screenshots they are designed to fit inside the surveillance room, but they don't have to go there.
AP13_WindowWall has a separate Material ID for the glass but uses the same textures. Exterior wall is made for it, in case you want to design an exterior.
