You can customize the forniture combination as you like;The materials used are already present in the Native file, but to be safe I uploaded a separate file with only materials. Floor and wall materials in the renders are not included!

If you don't see the materials for any reason, just follow these steps:

1. Open Furniture _Package.blend file;
2. Go to File-->Append and select Materials.blend file;
3. Select the Material folder;
4. Here you will find all the materials used in the project.
