importantplease only USE IS AS IT IS FOR unreal engine 5 to have same effect as the screenshot provided ( i made the models and texture from maya , it might be weird if you export it back to other software )

classroom project ( make a replica of my classroom )

• model and texture made from maya, imported to unreal engine for lighting , and more detailed material
• the monitor and the blackboard probably has a texture that you dont like , please edit it to your preference :)
• 3 assets were used from unreal asset ( black rolled cable , red rolled cable , coffee drink )
• dont use for professional use as its only my humble homework lol
• lighting provided ( directional lights and rectangle lights )

for you looking at the invidual assets , i will also upload with editable texture and better UV since i will upload it from maya directly
