You might think that, for the price, there's nothing to find negative about this. Unfortunately, while I can't comment on the quality of the 3DSMax file, this model should not be considered as having 'interchange' formats available such as OBJ. The MTL file is useless, doesn't contain any texture links (confirmed in both C4D and Blender), and the texture folder itself is a mess of subfolders that appear to have just been copied from the directory structure on the vendor's computer. The model file is completely flat, with no object hierarchy or grouping. Most of the object names are generic and therefore useless in trying to identify anything or apply any kind of order to things. To top it off, it appears to contain elements from an Archmodels collection, evidenced by both object and texture names that appear in the model. This model would cost me time to get it into a useable state; false economy. Sorry.
