Hi, We have purchased your elephant model because we really liked it, you were very responsive and willing to help, and have printed it in wood and attempted to assemble it. After many hours of trying we suddenly realized we are missing a piece, the long center piece which is essentially the center of the model. We went and checked the file we have purchased from you to see that the error is in the model and not the print shop, that piece was missing. I wanted to let you know how disappointing we were as this was a birthday event. We had to abort the assembly and wait another week until we could print the extra part. For the very least you should updated the file to include x2 of this part so other people won't end up with the same frustration we did. Best,
