When I look at the prize and then at the photo, I suspected some scam. However everything is great. We get everything that is in the photo (the product should be named 'a scene with a 2-Seat sofa') and every detail is well sculptured. Elements in the fbx file are separated by materials, so you can be sure that if your program is not good in importing, applying textures still will be easy. In blender textures loaded automatically, so I didn't had any work in making this model ready.

I have no words for the detail of these models and the price! Thank You
