Realistic 3D poly model of Oriental tea set
The model is originally created in 3ds Max 2018, rendered with V-ray 3.6. It is accurately textured and has highly detailed topology suitable for close-up shots.
Geometry Features
- The model consists of 7 objects, which are placed within 1 main group and 2 subgroups (Tea_Set: Jar, Teapot)
- All objects and groups are logically and descriptively named
- Pivot points of all objects are at the proper places
- The model is positioned at the Origin [0,0,0]
- The model is created to real-world scale
- Dimensions: LxWxH • Cup: ~5,5x5,5x2,5 cm• Jar: ~9x9x8,5 cm• Pitcher: ~13,5x7,5x7 cm• Teapot: ~13,5x9,5x5 cm
- Units: millimetres
- Reset Xform was applied
- Quad polygons only, no triangles or Ngons
- Doesn’t have poles (more than 5 edges)
- No coincident faces, isolated/coincident vertices
- The model is fully unwrapped
- Non-overlapping UV shells
- The model topology is suited for subdivision
-
The subdivision modifier is applied and switched off
• Subdivision level 0:
Polys: 7 425;Verts: 7 522
• Subdivision level 2:
Polys: 118 800;Verts: 119 197
Textures
- Textures for this model were created with Substance Painter
- The model is provided with 3 texture workflows (PBR Metal/Rough, PBR Spec/Gloss and a set of textures optimised for V-Ray renderer)
- Textures are placed into 2 separate archives (V-Ray texture archive and Metal/Rough&Spec/Gloss texture archive)
- Texture format: PNG
- Resolution: 8192x8192 (you may decrease the resolution if needed without any issues, edge padding isn’t less than 64 pixels between all of the UV shells)
- Amount of textures: 13 (8 for PBR workflows, 5 for V-Ray)
- Amount of materials: 7
- Materials in 3ds Max scenes are prepared for V-Ray renderer (Vraymtl)
- All materials and textures are properly named
- No missing textures in scenes
-
All texture paths were stripped
• Metal/Rough&Spec/Gloss textures:Base Color, Metallic, Roughness, Diffuse, Specular, Glossiness, Normal OpGL, AO
• V-Ray textures:Diffuse, Reflection, Glossiness, Normal DX, AO
Notes
- Lights, HDRI maps and cameras are not included.
- No extra plugins are needed.
- FBX and OBJ formats do not contain textures and materials (FBX contains only basic information about materials and their links with objects of the model).
