PS: Remember to uncheck sRGB for the Roughness, Metallic, and Ambient Occlusion textures. In addition, at least as far as Unreal Engine is concerned, I recommend working with the attached FBX file instead of the OBJ file. Unreal interprets OBJ files relatively strangely in terms of scaling.
