Description
Originally created with SketchUp 2020, render V-Ray 4.20.03 and saved as also SketchUp 2017.
Click and render ready file (only for SKP format)
Model is included in 3 file formats. (SKP, FBX, BLEND)
FBX file exported right from SketchUp 2020
FBX file tested on Twinmotion.
Blender file created in blender (used sketchup importer add-on in blender), just needs to set up lights etc.
Textures are included
Materials might need to be re-assigned for other applications.
Renders edited in Photoshop.

Scene '1,2,3' Render output aspect ratio should set to 4:5 PORTRAIT in Vray
Scene '4' Render output aspect ratio should set to 16:9 WIDESCREEN in Vray
