Originally created with SketchUp 2020, render V-Ray 4.20.03 and saved as also SketchUp 2017.

FBX file exported right from SketchUp 2020

FBX file tested on Twinmotion.

Blender file created in blender (used sketchup importer add-on in blender), just needs to set up lights etc.

Materials might need to be re-assigned for other applications.
