Model is suitable for high-poly renderings like arch-vis. The lamp in the scene represents most of the polygons due to the flexible arm which is modeled as a real 3D object vs. a normal or bump map.

Origianlly modeled, textured, and lit in Blender the model should perform well in both the Eevee and Cycles engines.
