Residential Villa with Trees and Grass 3D model

Hi Everyone,

This is a concept villa that i worked on in my stressfull days in architecture school. The project was about reamenaging an existing house into a villa that can assemble nature and architecture at once. This concept was created via Revit and modified textured and optimised by Maya. I used Vray Renderer to get the results that you can see in the preview images. Grass is Vray Grass and Trees are all free to use trees modeled by myself. The textures containt are up to 8k textures but most of them are 4k and contain most important channels like roughness, spec, normal, albedo and AO. The textures are intermediate to high skill material compositing. I am always working on the project and refining it, with new trees and configuration of grass. I am working to transfert it to 3ds max so that it can be usefull to mort of you.

To Open correctly the file, I set up 3 files of references (about 200 to 800mo) and one main file containing the grass and the lights. Just load the main save file without loading the reference files, lord those one by one by. Sorry if its a bit confused, its my first time publishing in CgTrader.

Applications and plugins used : SpeedTree, Revit 2019, Maya 2019, Vray for Maya 4.20.

P.S.: I inclueded some prévious renders during the texturing process. I will update the full files of the new version in some weeks, just need some support and motivation.
