Blender, Unity, Unreal, and FBX! Includes balcony, bathroom, and closets.

All walls, floors, and ceilings are on a single texture image. The same goes with objects. These texture map sizes are 1024x1024. The bathroom uses two 512x512 maps.

Day and night versions! Both Blender and FBX files provided, but Blender is strongly recommended. Bathroom and closet doors all open with correct pivots. The closets only have empty shelves inside though.

Unity 6 URP Version

Unity package with all prefabs, models, textures, and materials included! Sample scene files with day, sunset, evening, and midnight compositions. Note that it's made for Unity URP. If you're using the built-in renderer or HDRP, you must convert the materials.

Unreal 5 Version

Now available! Day and night sample maps included. All objects in the room can be moved around. Simple collisions configured. Modeling Tools Editor Mode plugin used for pivot and normals adjustments.
