Modeled after a real-life hotel in the seaside town of Sokcho, South Korea. Typical design of a small, modern hotel room in Korea, Japan, or Asia.
Day and night versions included! Screenshots shown use real-time AO in Unity. Colors for all the walls, floors, doors, and most objects can be changed freely in your 3D program.
All objects on one single 1024x1024 texture map. Walls and floors use tiling 128x128 and 256x256 maps. No AO baked in textures.
Drawers, fridge, AC, trash, toilet seat, and bathroom door open with correct pivot points. Blinds can be drawn up and windows can be slid open.
FBX files provided, but it's recommended to use the Blender file and then export it out to your desired program. Full scene is 5,247 tris.
Unity URP VersionUnity package with all models, textures, materials, and scenes included! Note that it's made for Unity URP. If you're using the built-in renderer or HDRP, you must convert the materials.
