I will happily change/update this review if the modeler 'completes' this offering. Simply, I have been unable to resolve the textures to the model despite trying the fbx (in blender, lightwave and UE5), the obj, and the blender file. I expect to have to rebuild materials when bringing a model into UE5, but in this case the texture folder is 104 randomly named images that don't correspond at all to the objects they are used for, so name-based rebuilding is impossible. There is no texture optimization either, as expected with this sort of disorganized texture folder. With texture names in multiple languages to 01.ies, AAA1.jpg, 3b07952aaa48899e30ce045ca622789c.jpg, 10183_Sonoma_Eiche_L123544_05.jpg, Tapete--Design--Blumen--weiss--metallic--Vliestape.jpg, обложки-новых-книг_2.jpg, it's just a nightmare in there. The price is great, but if you're not prepared to completely rebuild this room from a texture/material stand point, look elsewhere. Hopefully the artist learns about making a model sale-ready, and even about PBR naming, packing, optimization. The renders look good if only I could use it. :(
