The fur is made using the Hair and Fur modifier, activate it before rendering (the modifier is turned off for more convenient movement of the model in the scene). For rendering in Corona renderer, in the Rendering - Effects - Hair and Fur - Hair rendering options - Hairs tab, select Geometry. There is no fur in obj, a screenshot with the modifier settings is in the archive.
