For better detail quality:Use 0.12 mm layer height and slower print speed to capture the animal heads, raised knotwork, and ornamental ring details clearly.
For stronger decorative use:Use PETG or ABS with 30%–40% infill and 4–5 wall lines.
For resin printing:Use standard or tough resin with high-detail settings. Tilt each model slightly and place supports carefully on the back or less visible areas to protect the sculpted details.
Manufacturing Instructions
Import the STL files into your preferred slicer software.Check the scale of each handle and resize if needed.Rotate the models to find the most stable printing position.Enable supports for the animal heads, rounded ends, and raised ornamental details.Add a brim if the model has limited contact with the build plate.Use a fine layer height to preserve the carved texture and sculpted details.Print at medium or slow speed for cleaner surface quality.Remove supports carefully after printing, especially around the animal heads and decorative patterns.Lightly sand rough edges, but avoid sanding the detailed knotwork too much.Apply primer before painting for a smoother professional finish.For a premium look, use metallic gold, antique bronze, silver, black wash, or aged metal effects.Finish with matte, satin, or glossy clear coat for protection.
