This External Gear Pump was designed using Solidworks 2018, and has the following calculated parameters: Theoretical Displacement volume: 6 cc/rev Estimated volumetric Efficiency: 90% Operating speed at 11L/min: 2037 RPM Motor theoretical Max torque at 232W and 2037 RPM operating with 28V: 1.09 N.m Estimated mechanical efficiency of the motor/gearbox: 90% Actual torque delivered to the pump: 0.98 N.m

Theoretical maximum pressure difference for the pump at the receding conditions: 10.25 Bar

Full engineering drawings are included, this includes assembly drawings and BOM, as well as the shop drawings for key parts, first three pages of the drawings are shown in the previews. Keyshot scene is included with all materials applied. Model Formats:
