Construction - Warehouse - Building Site Pack - FBX included Low-poly 3D model

Hello everyone.

This is KSS with our third pack, once again designed by our artist Martin C. from the UK.

In this pack, we deliver a big number of objects that can be used to decorate and populate your construction sites, warehouses and other related levels.

In it, we have included all kinds of useful assets - from cement bags and cement mixers over rebar, porta pottis and oildrums to scrap containers, trolleys and lots and lots of lumber.

Low-poly and with regard to VR- and mobile compatibility, we tried to keep drawcalls as low as possible to enable devs who are not aiming for highend hardware to realize their projects.

Features:

36 Low-Poly meshes, all with 3-5 LODs depending on model complexity for highest possible performance.9 Sounds for Drills, Hammers, Construction Site Soundscapes and more. Combined textures to reduce drawcalls as much as possible (with the option to improve speed further) Collisions meshes for all props - auto-generated, but with manual collision wherever it was necessary.
