Introduction

Rotor snap ring oiling integrated machine This equipment is used for rotor processing of squirrel cage rotor manufacturers. The main function is to assemble the rotor bearing with snap ring and to coat the squirrel cage rotor with antirust oil (light gold water). The rotor is sent into the circlip tooling through the feeding mechanism. After the circlip at the rotor bearing position is assembled in place, the rotor is sent to the anti-rust oil coating station through the pneumatic transplanting mechanism. At this time, the oiled roller is moved to the The rotating shaft drives the rotor to rotate and apply oil. After the completion, the connecting rod transplanting mechanism sends the rotor to the unloading chute.
