DESCRIPTION

Automatic Permanent Magnet Rotor Spring Assembly Machine

Introduction

This equipment is used for rotor processing of permanent magnet rotor manufacturers, and the main function of permanent magnet rotor circlip machine is to assemble the rotor bearing and circlip. The permanent magnet rotor is placed on the rotor bracket through the feeding mechanism. After the photoelectric switch detects that there is material, the synchronous transfer mechanism feeds the permanent magnet rotor at a distance of 100 mm until the claw grabs the position. After the photoelectric sensor has material, the claw grasps the rotor. Take it, and at the same time send the assembled rotor on the circlip tooling to the unloading bracket.
