Introduction

This equipment is used for 18650 battery scanning test and sorting. This high-speed sorting machine can sort 8500-10000 batteries in one hour, and it tests 10 batteries at a time. The equipment can be divided into 10 stalls.

The equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:

  1. The feeding bin part, the feeding mechanism and the feeding bin are made of Bakelite and have a special feeding box. Manually only need to put the feeding box on the position of the upper feeding bin, but pull out the bottom stop. The feeding is very convenient and there will be no material jamming. The motor drives the groove teeth, and rolls them into the battery sequentially and transports them to the buffer belt.

  2. The feeding mechanism uses a PVC belt to transport the cells. There is a cover above the cells to block the cells from running out, so that the cells can enter the test position smoothly.

  3. Test the conveyor belt mechanism. The material mechanism is set up, when the number of proximity sensors is ten enough. Start the OCV test and sorting of the cells

  4. The sorting manipulator mechanism is mainly composed of a screw mechanism and a cylinder clamp mechanism. When the detection is completed, the manipulator goes down and sucks the battery cells to the battery. The mechanism of the battery-absorbing core uses a magnet to absorb because the 18650 battery cells can be sucked by electromagnetic force, so the manipulator goes down and sucks up 10 battery cells at a time.

  5. Sorting Mechanism, after the cells are sucked up, the XY-axis screw rods are placed in each gear accurately, and then transported out along the sorting belt line. There are 10 sorting belt lines, representing the cells of 10 gears respectively. The feeding time is controlled by 10 groups of suction structures. When testing which gear the cell should be placed on which belt line, the cell held by the cylinder control magnet will be released when the magnet is released. On which belt line did it fall off, and the belt flowed out smoothly?

  6. The receiving mechanism is composed of 10 sets of receiving boxes. When the batteries flow out of each conveyor belt, the receiving manipulator will start to grab the battery when the quantity reaches a certain value. Take the battery into the material box and install it, so that you don’t need to manually pick up the battery from the wire body. The material receiving box is equipped with a photoelectric sensor and a full material detection function. When the material in the material box is full, it will remind you to manually collect the material box. And put the empty material box on it, and the belt line can buffer a certain amount during the material picking process manually, so there is no need to stop the normal production when receiving the material.
