Plissé H73

Plissé was born from the collaboration with Paola Navone, a collection of tables with an elegant, light and informal presence. In a slightly ironic way, Plissé pays homage to the world of fashion and the iconic pleated workmanship, so much in vogue in the 50s and 60s, and still trendy in fashion today: the base represents the distinctive feature of the collection. It is this is the element that captures the attention and gives character to the design.

Plissé is available in the dining table version which can be combined with the Lazy Susan tray with swivel mechanism, bistro base and high bar table. The pleated motif gives the table a great sense of three-dimensionality and dynamism, and lends itself to multiple readings and combinations. Designed for the home, but also for hospitality, the Plissé collection marries all environments.

When we design a table - explains Paola Navone - we always like to think that it is free to have lives, that it is familiar and convivial, but perfect for working, reading, even studying ... not bound to a single function, but versatile and naturally at ease almost everywhere. Even the low height, inspired by the custom of Asian countries, is designed to offer greater conviviality and informality.
