This low-poly model is sub-division surface ready and fully UV unwrapped.

4K PBR textures are included in the download (base color, roughness, metallic, normal and height maps)

This model is only quarter one section, to get the four sections use a mirror modifier on the x and y axis as discribed in the priview image provided (I used Blender and the .Blend file is included but I'm sure the same can be done on other 3D software using the OBJ or FBX files).
