This model has dimensions on 1200X500 cm.You get all the books and the lamp included with materials embedded if you use fusion360.(Native).Any other file aprt from .f3d which is in IGES,STL,DXF format will have materials of low quality embedded on them as fusion360 does not allow the download of it's materials library.Any other format for download will just have the 3D model not the texture.Sorry for the inconvenience,the model is made using CAD software not an art software.This model is created with low-poly game ready model in mind.As it was impossible for me to find the number of polygons I have given it a rough range of 3500-9000 polycount.Sorry for the inconvenience.This was rendered using Fusion360 rendered.
