Viking Chest Low-poly 3D model

This is a viking chest, built from wooden planks, forged iron hinges, nails and a lock. Serveral similar chests have been found in different places from throughout the scandinavian viking age. Famous are the chest from the harbour in Haithabu, the Mastermyr tool chest and the chest from the boat grave in Oseberg, just to name a few. Those chests have been used to store away tools, loot and other valuables, and to sit on, maybe while rowing a boat, hence the often used name sea chest or rowing chest. This model has an opening and closing animation.
