Just used these in a Twinmotion movie of a residential art gallery and barn conversion. Client loved the style and they were quick to setup- Saved me from having to create something similar in substance designer! I did however need to create a couple of other maps, such as a metallic map, but this was easy enough.
The only thing I would say is that the textures are low res, just over 1K resolution. For the above mentioned project, they were fine as is. For offline rendering/ close ups, upscaling with Gigapxel AI, or similar will be needed- However, as I have that, it will be easy to create higher res textures. Overall a positive rating, especially for the price.
