Both versions of the seat, the fabric and the leather one, exist in the max file

The turbosmooth modifier is applied to the different parts of the chair and not converted to the poly to keep the file small in size(2mb for both chairs) although highly detailed for massive production.

All the parts are uvw unwrapped, with realistic vray materials.

All the parts are grouped in a single group at origin for ease of merging.
