An old fashioned, antique, stylized, cabinets with optimal topology, ideal for 19th-century classical interiors.
High resolution textures 4096x4096 exported out of Substance Painter (PBR MetalRough in Blender.zip, Unreal 4 and Unity - Standard Metalic).
You can downscale the textures from 4K to whatever you want, depending on your needs but I am providing the highest resolution for you. After importing the model and the textures into the Unreal 4, you have to follow the official engine documentation on how to set the material up.
