Create any street scene easily with this set

Blender file contains: 11 different modular Facades18 different street props(wthout variants)17 different signs2k PBR textures (metal-rough)

a total of 55 objects(including variations)

FBX and OBJ files included

some buildings has 2 texture version, with and without curtains.

i wanted to be able to optimized my scenes sothese models are low poly, around 15k faces all 55 objects

i have included the demo file from render, characters are not included but you can download them from mixamo.compreview image rendered with cycles.
