NYC Street Props – Light Pack

A collection of realistic, game-ready New York–inspired street assets designed for urban environments, architectural visualization, and real-time applications. This Light Pack provides a compact but versatile foundation of essential street props that can be quickly placed to create believable city streets, sidewalks, and intersections.

The pack contains 33 individual meshes, each optimized for performance while preserving visual quality. All models use clean topology with no n-gons (quads and triangles only), correctly oriented normals, no backfaces, and Auto Smooth shading for reliable use in modern game engines and 3D software.

Materials follow a PBR workflow and textures are provided separately (not embedded in the FBX) for maximum compatibility and easy customization in any engine or renderer.
