This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Welcome to the slums, my friend. Paulwall has some nice areas but also has some slum areas as well. There are people living within Paulwall who have next to nothing, dirt poor. Anyway, here, in the slums, this is substabdard low income housing with 6 highrises, 2 medium rises, a dozen low rises and a community recreational center. I still have yet to model the basketball and tennis courts. Crime is a constant problem here. There are fights as well. What the model won't show are the cockroaches, police sirens, gang violence, meth labs and the occasional stenches that sweep the area. The buildings have poor ventalition and a few toilets. Sometimes a family of four or five live in a single apartment. You know the plan for the building from another project model I have. The apartment houses are drab looking. The concrete you see are parking and driveways. This is low wealth, high density housing. Thanks to the contributors for the trees. Enjoy your time in the ghetto and please rate.
