The pack includes 42 modular meshes with Nanite-enabled: 3 walls, 5 floors, 12 pillars, and other smaller pieces. Concrete is damaged and has exposed rebars, has smaller pieces for its own and exclusive creation of mesh. All meshes are scaled for the UE4 mannequin.

Unfriendly seller and refund system. Most Unreal products provide FBX or OBJ together, but this product does not. So I was mistaken and bought it, but it takes a long time and is difficult when requesting a conversion. Please be careful and purchase.
