This model was made in Blender.
I used Blender's goemetry node system for it to be animated (you can see the animation in the youtube video). And also you can change the model's/the branches' shape to anything you want with that. Unfortunately for the .fbx and .obj files it was not possible to import the animation (beacuse of geomatry nodes), so it's only the mesh (picture 11). Picture 12 shows the details of the mesh. The pictures were rendered in Evee using bloom effect (except the second one).
