This scene is made entirely in 3D max without the use of third-party programs. Many models are modeled specifically to facilitate the scene, but without loss of quality. The scene is qualitatively configured for use on weak computers. You can see part of the working scene in the pinned pictures above. The scene also uses a new technology from Corona Render, this is the sky and clouds, in the material editor you can customize them as you want. In general, you can change the whole scene as you like, all models are available for changes.
