This review is based on the Vray version of the scene. - Model geometry provides adequate detail while being light enough to handle with ease. No overlapping polygons or orphan vertices. - Materials are well-organized and easy to tweak. The author chose to add Color Correction nodes to the diffuse maps of the plants, darkening them significantly. I can't guess the reason, but it's easy to fix. - Lighting-wise, there are a few sources in the pool and around it, but no key light, such as a sun (at least in the Vray version). Background color serves as the default source of ambient light instead, so my off-the-shelf renders were a bit different to the ones seen here. Overall, it's a great scene with a well-thought out design and equally well-made assets. Renders are lightning-fast, and you can easily tweak anything you want to fit your workflow.
