This should be a free model…. Nobody should ever trust a random blender user. This geo is so basic yet a mix of quads, triangles and n-gons. Your scatter plants should be instances…not 7000 meshes. Not professional work worthy of sale. The point of buy a model is to save time… but it honestly will take more time to fix all of your mistakes than it would to just model myself… UVs are also very bad. This is not ready for UE or unity… or anything of professional grade. It’s cool blender is free but it has saturated the internet with garbage meshes
