This beautiful model was inspired by Hotel Columbia located at the corner of O'Farrell and Taylor streets in San Francisco. It is meticulously modelled with clean geometry and beautiful architecture. You will receive the hotel building including the rooftop structures, fire escapes, signage and street section, beautifully textured with PBR materials in Substance Painter. All geometry is UV unwrapped with non-overlapping UVs. Signs are on separate texture maps so that you can easily customize the store names or the hotel name in Photoshop or a graphics software of your choice.
You will NOT receive unpainted objects in the pictures, including people and street props such as car, traffic lights, traffic sign, trash cans and containers, parking meters and fire hydrant. These are added in the previews only for visualization purposes, and are part of kits I am not allowed to sell. Please note these unpainted props in the scene, and know they are not part of the product.
Please contact me if you wish a customized version of the hotel, including your own signs or color scheme. I can arrange to do this work for an additional fee. You are welcome to use the hotel as is, or break it down for parts such as the fire escape stairs or rooftop props. These can be handy with other buildings, and are meticulously modelled with good, clean geometry. You are not required to give credit or notification to me whether you use the model for personal or commercial purposes.
I hope you will enjoy this lovely building, and do contact me with any questions or concerns. Modelled in Maya 2018, textured with Substance Painter.
