DESCRIPTION

This is a fully detailed 3D Truck Hangar and Loading Bay Environment designed from a complete original concept. The scene includes a truck showroom, garage, loading bays, wide parking areas, road systems, vegetation, and multiple functional props. The entire model is created in SketchUp and enhanced in Blender 3.4 with UV mapping, PBR textures, optimized materials, and accurate lighting setups.

The environment features a 30 meter wide road on three sides, complete with footpaths, barriers, tire friction marks, drainage water, road blockers, boom barriers, and realistic road signage. Six billboards, two sign boards, street pole lights, wall lamps, ceiling lights, tubelights, and point lights are placed throughout the layout.

Two underground water tanks, one oil tank, a fuel dispenser, railing details, garbage cans, boxes, and a fully enclosed boundary wall with grill fencing are included. Trees, plants, and grass are arranged naturally inside landscaped troughs.

The model is optimized, clean, and thoroughly tested in multiple game engines without any material or mesh errors. All textures and materials are fully PBR ready, and the model is compatible with URP, HDRP, and SRP pipelines. Export formats include FBX, OBJ, GBL, SKP, DAE, and BLEND.

This environment is ideal for game development, simulations, animations, and architectural visualization.
