DESCRIPTION

This is a high quality tropical exterior scene inspired by the coastal atmosphere of the Bahamas. The scene is designed for professional architectural visualization, delivering realistic lighting, accurate vegetation distribution, and a fully optimized workflow for Corona Render.

The project is created in 3ds Max 2024 using Corona 12. All materials are built with Corona Physical Mtl. The lighting setup uses a single HDRI for natural daylight balance. The scene supports Chaos Scatter for efficient vegetation management, allowing optimized performance even with heavy planting density.

The file covers a complete tropical landscape containing diverse vegetation layers including grass, ground covers, low shrubs, mid height shrubs, and tall trees. All vegetation objects are clearly named and organized in separate layers for easy editing. The ground surface is created with Floor Generator to achieve realistic joints and plank variation.

The final render output is 5k resolution with a rendering time of approximately 15 minutes on an i9 12900K. The result delivers photorealistic detail with accurate shadows, reflections, color balance, and tropical atmosphere.

A fully editable PSD file is included for post production. The PSD contains layered adjustments to match the final render quality shown in the preview images.

This scene is suitable for exterior visualization, landscape design, resort presentation, tropical architecture, and high end client work.
