This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 When you have a lot the size of a tennis court, this is what you do. It is based on a similar house in Los Angeles. Another from the dust bin. The original is in the middle of a parking lot. This one is in a parking lot as well with just a smidgen of grass around most of it. The main difference is that this one has 2 basements and 5 floors above ground!
