This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here, today is my 3rd year anniversary in the 3D Warehouse. Now, about this apartment house, there are 4 buildings linked by common walkway, each of different color for beauty. The roof is unusual but it allows for a good chance to place solar panels up there. It might be an idea for the future of this house, who knows. Altogether, there are 32 apartments in this house but you may only visit 16 of them for the ones on the ground floor are locked up tight! Inside each apartment house, you enter a short hall with your kitchen and a full bathroom. The bathroom has a linen closet. the kitchen, as small as it is, still has things like a dishwasher, counter space, and ample cabinets. The apartment has a central water heater but also has a furnace/ AC which is located by the large window. You get two more closets such as the closet for your clothes and a closet to hang coats in... but can also be the closet to house your vaccum cleaner. The space next to the coat closet is where you would put your small dining table... maybe 2 or so chairs for the dining set.
