This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a large house that has the qualities of a mansion. Some call it a mcmansion. I just call it a big house. It is wrapped in brick all the way around. The two things ready to catch your eye at first glance would be the arched portico and the porte cochere. The eyebrow above is also an eye catcher. Come inside, layers for the floors and roof make it easy. Walk into a 2 story foyer. The hall closet is under the stairs. The right is a den, the left is a dining room and ahead is a living room. The master suite is on the first floor. You can put a breakfast table in the kitchen by the windows. There is a family room (with strange angles). A laundry room has all you need. Beyond that is a mud room and from there, offers lighted access into the basement or to the 3-car garage. There is a workshop that is in front of the garage with its own manual door.
