This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Someone requested for Paulwall to model his house, the one he currently lives in so here it is. These are small apartments but make for exceptional housing. This is a typical building within the complex... and yes, it has got to be an exceptionally big complex if this is building T. There are some buildings with double letters as well such as AA, BB, and so on. A typical building has 4 studio apartments, 4 loft apartments, 4 one bedroom apartments, and 4 two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has 1 full bath and a small kitchen. No water heaters or laundry in any of the houses but are in the clubhouse (not modeled). I live in a unit on the far end, upstairs. All upstair units have vaulted ceilings and clerestroy windows. Only the two bedroom units have central air (in the ceiling). The house is on layers so you can explore and furnish easily. The building is modeled exactly as it is including any wall thicknesses. For my safety, however, and the safety of my fellow residents, I will not name the complex, nor the city name, not even a street but at least you get to see what I live in and what I've lived in for quite some time now.
