Richard Meier Douglas house an architectural masterpiece 3D model

3D model of famous architect Richard Meier's Douglas house in Harbor Springs, Michigan.

The house is constituted of four flours that i modelised according to plan with a graphicale scale, it is located in a cliff in border of the Michigan lake, the access to the house is assured by a long bridge:

  1. First flour is constituted of : a dining room, kitchen and a suite.
  2. Second floor is constituted of : a living room with a double height, a bed room and a bath room.
  3. Third floor is constituted of : a study , two bedrooms and a bathroom.
  4. The last floor wich is the roofplan where we can access to the house by crossing a long bridge.

I personaly modelled most of the furniture (chairs, sofa, dinner table, carpets...) according to photos i gathered during my researches .

The model was created in sketchup then rendered in twinmotion.

The model include the house all its furnitures the cliff were it is located, the road and a security slide the trees and character were added in twinmotion and are not included.
