The buildings of Paulwall's downtown can be seen from down the street built up with houses similar to this and broad trees. The street is even made of brick. This little victorian house is similar to some of the other kit homes in Paulwall with a living room directly in front, a dining room directly behind and a kitchen in the far back. The house also sports 4 small bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. Perhaps the signature for this house is the tower on the second floor. The house was built after Detroit's rotten Animal Party House of the world-renowned Heidelberg Project in light of its most recent fire that destroyed the structure completely.
