Actually, only the intricate outer fascade has the great architecture in stucco. The interior finishes are simple and traditional. However, the house offers a very interesting floorplan. First off, there are 4 bedrooms and only one bathroom! The main stairway merges with the servant's stairway (leading directly to the kitchen). There is an awesome gormet kitchen. There is a series of built-ins such as a near central flue, some window seats, and a china hutch in the dining room. The basement access is under the stairs.
