DESCRIPTION

Neo-renaissance-style building from the second half of 19th or early 20th century, Europe. Such building were used as mansions, office buildings, railway stations, apartment blocks, city halls, schools, hotels or various other purposes. With some modifications it can be used even as a small factory. Originally designed in Lightwave 3D, never used in any projects. The model is realscale, the three level building is 26m long, 10 m wide and 10.5m high and has a cellar below the surface. It has 26 rooms and a large two level hall. All windows, doors, shutters are moveable. Internal structure is provided with the model; stairways, victorian style tapestry, chandeliers and wall lights, carpets, curtains, barrels and sacks in cellar, etc. are there, you just have to place your own furniture. The building looks as new, but it can be easily transformed to an abandoned house. I placed it to a small courtyard and added a fence, but it will fit good into a XIXth-XXth Century city scene. (There were a lot of such buildings in Europe during 2nd WW) Lighting can be switched to gas lights or candles very easily.

Outside objects (grass, trees) was made with instantiating the grass and tree template objects; roots for these are there as points. There are almost 180 high res image maps in this package. Walls, carpets, roof, etc. all has UV maps although I did not used all those maps to keep the model simple. The Lightwave scene also has more than 100 lights for each bulbs.Polygon count can be greatly reduced by getting rid of curtains, grass and trees, and other small details: just delete these layers and you will land well below 500k faces.Texture resolution is typically 2000x2000 for tapestries. Material textures are all seamless, they can be tiled, and their resolution is over around 1000x1000 for smaller parts and 3000x3000 or more for larger surfaces. Most textures have color, specular and/or bump images. I've also added two light probe images for ambient lighting.
