What`s included and features:

• Native 3D file made with Blender 2.91. The .blend file has textures already packed inside.
• .FBX and .OBJ 3D formats.
• Textures.zip file with a bunch of 4K textures used in this scene.
• Interior walls and room delimitations.
• The model shaders and texture are exactly as you see in the preview renders.
• The 3D model is well organisez in the right area where the Collections are (see the screenshot from Blender).
• Materials are properly named so you can find it easy in the scene.
• Scale and Rotation are applied inside the Blender file.
• Suitable for gaming engines.

What`s NOT included:

• The HDRI file used for rendering (you can`t download one for FREE from Google).
• The camera positions I used for rendering the previews.
• The studio illumination setup used for previews rendering.
• I didn`t include any furniture. Just the interior walls, so you can decorate how you like.
