The house is small but the combination of brick work and shutters give the house an interesting appeal. The house first greets you with a 2 story foyer. Directly to the right is the living room (with chair rail). which, beyond is the formal dining room. The opposite end of the house boasts a family room with fireplace and access to the deck out back. The center of the home boasts an efficient kitchen with many cabinets. Okay, so the kitchen has a tiny pantry (adjacent to the refridgerator). There is a basement (under the stairs).
