Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This asset is a traditional two-story detached house, typical of older suburbs in the UK or Europe. It captures the look of a lived-in family home from the Victorian or Edwardian era, perfect for creating realistic residential neighborhoods.
Prominent Bay Window The most defining feature is the large, white bay window structure on the left side. It projects outward from the main wall and spans both the ground and upper floors, adding depth and architectural character to the facade.
Grunge-Stained Brickwork The walls are made of red brick, but they are not new or clean. The texture features significant white staining and weathering (salt deposits or plaster residue), giving the house an aged, authentic look.
Slate Roof with Chimneys The roof is covered in dark grey slate tiles and features two tall brick chimney stacks on the ends. These details create an interesting silhouette against the sky, distinct from modern flat-roofed houses.
Sheltered Entrance The front door is white and sits under a small, slanted slate roof (canopy). This simple porch detail adds a welcoming touch to the center of the building and breaks up the flat brick surface.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The Bay Window glass is quite visible. To add life to the house without modeling the interior, place a curtain plane behind the glass with a fabric texture. This hides the empty room inside and looks very realistic from the street.
